University of Kashmir NOTIFICATION It is notified for information of all the eligible candidates of Kashmir/Kargil/Leh who intend to appear in B.A./B.Sc./ B.Com./BCA/BBA/MCMP/ Fazila I & II Year Annual Examination 2013 (for Regular/Fresh Private Candidates) that the procedure/ schedule for submission of Examination Forms shall be under: Kalmoona Times 1. The last date for Submission of Examination Forms for II Year has been fixed as Saturday, 09-11-2013. The dates for the submission of Examination Forms for I Year shall be from 11-11-2013 to 23-11-2013. Kalmoona Times 2. Examination Forms can be downloaded by the candidates from the University Website kashmiruniversity. net by feeding their Registration Number. In case of any difficulty, candidates can seek assistance/download forms from the Information Centres established in various Degree Colleges. Kalmoona Times 3. Candidates are advised to check their particulars reflected on their Examination Forms carefully and clear the deficiency, if any, before submission of the said forms. Kalmoona Times 4. Regular Candidates shall submit the downloaded Examination Forms in their respective Colleges. Kalmoona Times 5. The Colleges shall prepare enrolment for Regular candidates and shall deposit the enrolment (hard copy and soft copy) along with the forms/fee in the Examination Wing of the University (by or before 13-112013 for II Year and by or before 28-11-2013 for I Year). Demand draft is to be prepared by the colleges on the next working day after the last date of submission of forms. Kalmoona Times 6. Fresh Private candidates shall submit their Examination Forms directly at the receipt counters of the I & II Year Sections, Examination Block, University Campus, Hazratbal, Srinagar. Candidates whose forms are marked as Not Verified shall bring along with them previous marks certificates for verification. Kalmoona Times 7. Regular candidates shall deposit the prescribed fee in their respective colleges and Fresh Private candidates in any FINACLE Branch of the J&K Bank Ltd. (Fee receipt to be downloaded with the Examination Form in case of Fresh Private Candidates only). Fee Details:Rs. 1000/- + Rs. 100/- (EMF) + Rs. 50/- (Heating & Lighting/ Service Charges) Total Rs. 1150/The Colleges shall deposit the fee of regular candidates in the form of two Demand Drafts according to the following details:i. ii. DD in favour of Registrar @ Rs. 1000 per candidate (Examination Fee). DD in favour of Controller of Examinations @ Rs. 113/- per candidate (Rs. 100/- EMF + Rs. 13/- Service Charges). iii. Heating & Lighting charges @ Rs. 25/- per candidate shall be retained by the College Principals for making necessary heating arrangements.
