Unless enough space for the Youth, Thingyan still full of Drunken ones and Corrupted Ones. The Local Governments, like YCDC, shall have to be more educated and given more administrative powers. Culture shall have to be defined clearly. The Un-Legitimate Power from the Monks shall has to be limited. Create a situation like the Rome Catholic Church now in Europe. At the same time, the Cleansing process in the Religion Sector should be done. Reforming and Reorganizing in not only in Political Parties but in Religious Sector will have to be done. And In Order to Do these, I need Powers of Intellcutal, Legislative and Administrative. Sound like I become a Social Democratic Aurthorian. Oh Goddess Athena
