Unwinding after a great run of shows. I went down to Sharon, CT for today and tomorrow to get my nature fix in before tour. Im going to do 3 rounds of 15 minutes at about 150-160 degrees in the sauna. Just finished round 1. I jumped out, rinsed under an ice cold shower now im watching Seinfeld and ate a jar of home made apple butter. Time for round 2. Tomorrow I plan to be in the woods all day hiking to get in as much fresh air as possible. Thats my story and im sticking to it.
