Upper level event rider seeking new facility to lease in South Charlotte/Indian Land/Waxhaw/Marvin/Van Wyck. (The right location in Lancaster is also an option). Currently have 14 horses with me, with spots only open to my own horses, sale horses, and horses in training with me or owned by students in regular lessons, and need to expand. Priorities are good pastures, access to adequate land for gallops and conditioning work for an upper level event horse, and a riding area able to withstand daily riding/training of numerous horses. An arena itself isnt necessary, but a riding location with good drainage is, and under the right circumstances, may be willing to grade an arena and bring in footing. I know I am placing a tall order, but I am very fortunate to have the two problems I do - 1) a soon-to-be Advanced level event horse whose needs have quite outgrown my current farm, and 2) more business than this farm can handle. Pirate needs and deserves the very best facility I can give him, and furthermore I am ready to expand the business that supports him rather than continue to send clients to other farms. So, everyone keep your ears open for me, please! Though one location with everything we need would be ideal, I fully realize this may not be realistic, and am willing to hang on to my current farm and just split up the horses as needed.
