Prof. Utuama stated. President General, Ughelli Descendants Union, Olorogun Kenneth Iwhewhe, in his address, noted that the Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom has continued to steer the ship of state of the kingdom in tandem with present day reality and expectation in harnessing the dividends of democracy and attracting investment and social infrastructure to all nooks and crannies of the kingdom in a peaceful polity.
