VEMA: WB was dispatched to the Valley Trust area for PVA, on arrival found patient in roadway and lots of damage to the front of the taxi that hit the patient. High speed accident. Patient was assessed, placed on O2 and vitals monitored. Patient has an open combined fracture to an ankle. This was banaged to controll bleeding and leg sprinted. Er24 was called to assit and both Bus and ALS were in attendance. Further care was taken over by ER24 and patient transported to hospital. There were also to Dr from England in attendance doing medical care. Thanks to all personal that was involved.
