Min cut the Vac lead to 5-3, before a HR by Vac 3b Ken Caminiti (#21; RBI #97) added an Insurance Run in the 7th. Standings - Vac sweeps the 3-game series vs. Min (57-75), the Last Place team in AL Central. Vac is 5 Games Ahead of Last Place Cincinnati in AL West, but Colorado and Texas are tied for 1st Place in the Division and the AL Wildcard lead. Houston of AL Central joins that tie for Wildcard purposes. At 19 GB with just over a month left, Vac is left to solidify their hold on 3rd Place and get close enough to .500 to have a chance to re-qualify sometime in 2014. notes: A 3-4 Round for my teams.
