Vegan Outreach often flies under the radar. They dont do a lot of fundraising, they dont have big events, and they do the same thing year after year. After year. They stand outside in all sorts of weather convincing college students to stop eating animals. They have reached *millions* of people with their powerful booklets. Vegan Outreach is a huge reason why colleges now have a strong demand for veg food, and theyre also behind the exploding demand for veg foods in stores and restaurants. Personally, I hate leafleting. Ill do it 2-3 times a year because I know it works--but I hate it. I cant imagine driving all over the country for weeks, leafleting every day for 8 hours. But VO does just that, and thats why they are one of very few groups I donate to. Right now they have an incredible match opportunity--every dollar donated to Team Vegan will be doubled!
