Very happy with Grape Run result this morning, despite challenging myself with possibly too many glasses of white yesterday afternoon. Beautiful route, and for the most part, beautiful running people. But I have to say, ban the damn iPods. And if u insist on running with music in a race, stay left. Just, stay left. Also, dont jump to the right without checking who might be lurking there. Your iPod might give u the sense of solitary running in a bubble but u might find, in a race, that u are in fact surrounded by fellow runners that might need to communicate with u from time to time.
