Very, very interesting comments. Since so many people mentioned children, what do you think is different in child rearing today? I wrote another 3,000 words. Thats 2 days in a row. I skipped some of the story and need to go back and fill it in, but maybe I wont. I want to get on to the picnic and what Gizzy does. When I get this done I will have nearly 50,000 words, which is half the book. But I havent told half the story yet. Im not sure how Im going to fix this problem but its kind of exciting to figure it out. Whenever I come to something I need to fill in, like a name, I put in xx, then do it later. In this book Ive skipped all the things Casey cooks and put in xx. I have so many of these Im going to have to take a day to figure them out. Jude
