WANTED BLACK WOMEN ACTORS IN DENVER CO. And Toto Too, a small theatre in Denver, is interested in producing my one-woman play, Who Will Sing for Lena. They have not yet extended the contract because they are not sure they will find the right Black woman actor for the part. They say our pool of African American actors is very small. They will hold auditions next weekend and if they find the actor, they will extend the contract and produce the play. I would really like for this to happen. If you know any Black women in Denver CO who might be interested in auditioning, have them to contact the theatre or check their website. If all goes well, the play will be produced in July.
