WTF does this mean? CIA.GOV says this about the Russian Economy, Russia has undergone significant changes since the collapse of the Soviet Union, moving from a globally-isolated, centrally-planned economy towards a more market-based and globally-integrated economy, but stalling as a partially reformed, statist economy with a high concentration of wealth in officials hands. Um... excuse me? The nature of communism is that it is a statist economy with high concentration of wealth in few officials; hands. Good gawd almighty... so Russia is still a communist country. Why not just say that? We live in a time of doubletalk, even from our own intel organizations.
