Warming up on my 45 year old Gibson ES-345TD. This guitar is almost completely original. All except the Grover tuners which look to be about as old as the guitar itself. This guitar appraised out to a little under 5k, I paid a little less than 2k for it. To me this is an investment. Being a vintage instrument, its value will only rise over time. Im messing around with the Varitone switch in the very beginning. Its a neat feature but I doubt Ill really use it much. Im playing through a Peavey Classic 30, no effects pedals. Just pure guitar tones. The action on this guitar is a little low so Im not playing as cleanly as I can on my Stratocaster but who cares.
