We all dream when we are asleep but often we fail to remember them. According to researchers, dreaming is essential for mental, emotional and physical health. Just as sleep helps to repair the body, dream restores the well-being of the mind. Dreams are the windows to our soul as they enable us to know ourselves better. They tell us about our problems, goals and concerns. So, next time when you awake from a dream, just remember that it has done you some good.. But, your dreams must not disturb your sleep. If you feel you havent had good rest during the sleep due to non-stop dreaming all night long, you need to calm down your mind. Sleep well, because if you do not, you become cranky and tend to nag more, which is certainly not good for your health.
