We all get inspiration from different places. Two years ago I met this dude @carlpaoli at the Crossfit Games. A life changing friendship ensued and now hes Ike a brother. As this video attests HES A FREAK OF NATURE. However, he believes that we all have the key to harness our true power through precise movement in a way that goes beyond what we think were capable of; whether youre a pro athlete or a 9-5 civilian. Cant wait to team him up with some of the top guys in action sports looking to get an edge. Its going to be scary what happens. Hes gotta book about to drop this summer called free+style.
