We are pleased to announce our final two Weaving Circles for 2014 with Yorta Yorta woman and one of our Education Officers, Donna Blackall. In November and December, come join us in our Weaving Circle to learn traditional weaving techniques. In the Circle, information and knowledge will be shared in a friendly, creative and safe environment. In taking part, you are encouraged to share your daily experiences about everyday activities and events, expeditions and rituals that involve your own special relationship to you and your community. In these final Weaving Circles, Donna will, over two sessions, teach you how to make a set of coasters, placemats or basket that would make great Xmas gifts, or a striking addition to your table.
