Thank You! We are offering a new service this year. One we are extremely excited about! As many of you may already know I, Debbie Smith, am the owner of Broken Road Farm, Have Farm Will Travel. I am a certified obedience instructor and use to raise, train and show dogs in both obedience and conformation. I have also worked as a animal groomer and as a veterinary assistant. Although, my profession was as an X-ray technologist. I have adored animals since I was old enough to know they existed! There is nothing like the love you get from a beloved pet. So many children today dont get to own pets. Or if they do, the family doesnt learn beforehand which pet would be the right fit for their child, family, life style, etc. Animals have feelings, they need the proper care, they long for love and attention just as we do.......so we have decided that we will offer a fun and educational service, for a reasonable fee, where we will bring several different animals that are the most considered for pets to your family, day care, school, therapy group, whatever and discuss the proper care and needs for these animals. For the family looking for a new family member, we hope we can help you to make the right, educated decision for your family. Having pets NOT end up in shelters, pounds, rescues, etc. is our goal!
