We are very fortunate to have such generous followers and supporters who raise funds for us and help make a difference in their local community. Last year, two student groups at Aberdeen University, the Medics Acapella Society and the Musical Medics, put on a Christmas concert and raised funds which provided a much-appreciated concert in a stroke ward in an Aberdeen hospital. Weve had some lovely feedback from the staff: Excellent programme and included requests from the audience. Communicated well with the audience throughout concert and afterwards. They created a good atmosphere in the dayroom, building up a good rapport with the audience, whose interest was held throughout. The concert was a topic of conversation with them afterwards, and everyone who attended gave positive feedback - it was a wonderful change!. This concert brought a lot of pleasure to the patients, and the visitors also appreciated it. Patients of varying disabilities can join together to participate and enjoy these concerts. Thank you for this wonderful gift!
