We arent allowed to have a cat here at these apartments. What am I going to do? I feel like crying for Marlene. Poor my sweetie is going to be heart broken. Well she is going to have to get a dog or something. I want my child to be raised to know the joys of caring for an animal. Animals teach kids how to be nurturing and responsible. They lower blood pressure and promote over all emotional well being. Everybody else here has dogs so they must be ok. I wonder if they are "service animals". Its ok if they are. Marlene qualifies for a service animal her being predisposed to violence. But in the mean time what am we going to do with her kitty? Its very nice and mellow....and it is fixed and still young. Its tiger striped. I feel so sad for her and Im mad at myself for putting her through this. Her fish just died last weekend. The only reason I said she could have the cat was because it is fixed and very mellow and box trained. A dog isnt something that you just casually obtain. A dog picks you. I dont want to go through house training and all that. This sucks.
