We could start communities where the petroleum based plastics must be recycled and returned. We could create self-contained underground and above ground processing plants for these man-made chemicals which will not degrade in landfills and pollute the land and the oceans and will continue to clog up or let our landscape and kill wildlife and enter our bloodstreams. Instead of subsidizing the petroleum industry and chemical industries we need to start taxing these vile chemicals so that alternatives have a legitimate option in the free market system. Hemp plastic and other biodegradables should be whats endorsed and sponsored and given tax credits
