We had our first major setback in our construction this week. Went to the Public Utility company to get the electrical permit. They determined that even though the garage is part of a private residence the ultimate project is for commercial purposes so I cant do the work myself. We had to find an electrician. That was not the big problem. In fact there was a great benefit bringing in an electrician. The problem arose from the fact that the 240v tankless water heater we were going to install will overload the transformer on the power pole. Now we have to re-engineer the project for a gas water heater. Ugh!
