We just got asked a great question - how to get rid of paint smells when youre doing some DIY at home. There are a few things you can try. If you chop 2 or 3 onions into quarters and put them on plates around the room theyll absorb the paint smell without making your house smell like onions! Dont be tempted to eat the onions afterwards though! If youre a coffee lover, a couple of bowls coffee grounds will also have the same effect. If you prefer something sweeter Vanilla extract or peppermint oil on some cotton wool left in a bowls in the room will also replace the smell with something a little nicer!
