We know that there are 1% clubs that have members that have under the law done things unlawfully; but that does not mean that everybody that has black leathers on and riding a motorbike is a criminal and should not be treated as being one by being pulled over without grounds for doing so. We in in Australia have a Law system that is the accused is innocent until he/she is proven guilty in a court of Law. We the people of Australia need to stand up and let your State MPs know that we didnt give them the right to take that fundamental right away from us. Riding a motorbike in a group or by yourself, the motorbike is just another mode of transport just like driving your car. Remember the next time you have a passenger in your car; are you going to find out first if he is/or has been a criminal? No that is not our role as citizens of this nation. Same goes for our fellow motorbike riders. Stop allowing our freedoms being taken away by those that are a minority. We the majority must stand up and be counted to stop Newmans NLP undemocratic Law against motorcyclists. enough is enough!
