We need a culture of negotiated compromise as a foundation for a democratic union. ....... We would like to talk to those who disagree with us. Thats again what democracy is all about. You talk to those who disagree with you. You dont beat them down. You exchange views. And then, you come to a compromise, a settlement. Our debates are not aimed at cheiving a victory for one particular party or the other but victory for all of our people as a whole. Whatever we decide on should be seen as a victory for our nation, for a kind of democratic union that we will have to try to build up for decades. So, please dont worry for whether or not we will win the election in 2015. Of course, any party wants to win the election. (making joke to Obama). Winning is not everything. Its how you win. Id rather loose than win in a wrong way. Thats the way that I want all the parties and our people to approach the problems we have to tackle We want to win in a right way. We want to bring the changes of the constitution about in a right way. We want to build up a strong foundation for national re-conciliation. Which means reconciliation not just between the different ethnic groups and different religious groups but between different ideas. For example, between the idea of military supremacy and and the idea of civilian authority over the military. which is a foundation of democracy. So, we want to exchange views to come to an understanding with all those who at this moment do not yet agree with us. (inaudible..) to come to such settlement, to come to such agreement. Because, after all I do believe that what all of us want is what is the best for the country as a whole, not just for particular individual or goups or organizations. ပါတီေခါင္းေဆာင္တစ္ေယာက္က ေၿပာတဲ႕စကားဆိုေပမယ္ ပါတီအာဏာရရိွေရး၊ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲနိုင္ေရးထက္ နိုင္ငံမွာ ညိႈႏိႈင္းေဆြးေႏြးၿပီး ေၿပလည္မႈရွာေဖြေရးဆိုတဲ႕ နိုင္ငံေရးယဥ္ေက်းမႈ ရင္႔သန္အားေကာင္းလာေရးကို ႀကိဳးစားအားထုတ္ဖို႕ ကိုအသားေပးေၿပာသြားတယ္။ သူမအေနနွင္႔ ပါတီေရြးေကာက္ပြဲနိုင္မွာလဲ မပူ၊ အေၿခခံဥပေဒကို ၿပင္ဆင္သင္႔သေလာက္ မၿပင္နိုင္ရင္လဲ စိတ္မပူပဲ negotiated compromise အေလ႔အထ ရင္႔သန္အားေကာင္းလာသည္အထိ ရသေလာက္ အားထုတ္သြားဖို႕ကို စိတ္ပိုင္းၿဖတ္ထားတဲ႕ ေလးစားဖြယ္ စကားေတြပါပဲ။
