We would like to express our gratitude and extend our congratulations to all students and staff that worked the Celebrity Chef event on the 19th August 2014. Alot of the students have only been enrolled in their respective courses for four weeks before the event day, and showed a very professional attitude in the service to guests. Most of these students have never even set foot in a fine dining restaurant and due to our refurbishments, had not even had the opportunity to work in a functional restuarant. Despite what they lacked in expertise, they made up for with enthusiasm and and great attitude. Well done to everyone involved and thankyou for making the night a very memorable night.
