Week 12: Friday For an energetic start of the weekend, seated leg raises to tone our thighs. As you’ve done a warm-up with some dynamic stretching and the first four exercises of this week, sit on the floor with your legs straight together in front of you. Put your arms up in front of you as well, so that they’re parallel to the legs, or on the floor close to your hips, and keep your back straight. Lift your left leg up, straight in knee, as high as you can, hold for a second, and slowly put it back on the floor. Repeat the movement with the left leg for 30 seconds. Next, go for 30 seconds with your right leg, and repeat the whole series (a total of 4 series, 30 seconds each, 2 series for each leg).
