Week 6 - Thank goodness it is Friday!! After a late night on Wednesday at the Disco everyone is ready for a sleep in tomorrow :) The children have worked hard this week completing their assessment pieces - a biorgraphy about Edward Dunlop, a comparison of Aboriginal texts, and creating a new character for a text. We have welcomed Miss Haylor (USQ prac student) back and are looking forward to working with her in lessons next week. The students have been artistic creating an oil pastel wall frieze of the solar system. A thankyou to my Dad (Eric) for putting together outdoor seating that we will place around the school playground space. The exterior painting is now finished at the school, and I for one think it looks fantastic!
