Weekend character Sixth Doctor (1985 - 1986) - Colin Baker (8 June 1943) The Sixth Doctor is for many Whovians the worst Doctor ever, for somebody maybe even something like face of evil. He was constantly rude and arrogant and with his crazy colour outfit (Colin Baker himself called it as an explosion in a rainbow factory) he looks like completely mad. The stories in which he appears also attracted some criticism for its violent content and the whole series was then near canceling. As a reaction to this, BBC decided to fire Colin Baker from his role (he is the only one fired Doctor in DW history). Finally he refused to appear in his regeneration scene (which is understandable) and the next Doctor, Sylvester McCoy, had to film the whole scene himself.
