Weekly Challenge #6: SERVICE WEEK I firmly believe that acquiring and maintaining good health is not just about the individual but as much or more about the energy, drive and motivation it then provides him/her to care for his/her family, friends, neighborhood and beyond. That said, the sixth and final challenge will be to perform an act of service that is over and beyond anything typically done for family members, colleagues or church. I wish you the best with this final challenge and hope we all ultimately make a powerful difference in our own lives as well as in so many others! During the week of March 24, complete an act of service as outlined above and you will have completed the final challenge perfectly and will be in the drawing for $20.
