Well, Duh! They are the ones who most need to carry. Men may face a realistic chance of being robbed or attacked but most men can hold their own and thus make bad targets. Women face not just robbery but rape and abduction and generally speaking are smaller and pound for pound 20% weaker. Women benefit the most from having a firearm because in a confrontation it is the only thing (outside of extensive martial arts training) that makes them equal to a man.
