Well Hoggs, I added 10 lbs to my deadlift from last week, but wasnt quite able to hit 20 lbs. Got it a few inches off the floor then just stuck. Didnt want to sacrifice form and injury so I let her down. I definitely could have used some more Hogg warmth, as my feet were almost numb by the end of the DLs. Sesh looked like: 135x10/10 225x8/5 315x5/5 335x1 355x1 375x1 385x0 315x1 WG Chins, BB Rows, and Oblique Bends to finish. https://youtube/watch?v=yXcl-MLL1lU&feature=youtu.be
