Well, I finished up all of my bass tracks on Monday for the new TILES album due out next year. The pic with my bass was taken just after finishing the very last bit. The sheet music is a chart I scribbled and was the last bit of music I played. (Something very special I think maybe happening in that very section so, I had to bring my A game.) The last pic is of me playing a Tanpura. (An Indian drone instrument) I played it in the choruses of one of the new songs. Mark Mikal gave me a few lessons and away we went. What a real treat and blast! It was truly an amazing and creative weekend. With all that happened a little over a week ago it was good to do this. Cannot wait to do it again!!!
