Well Ladies and Gentlemen~!!!!!! Being a Wrestling Referee has been a long journey for me, after all these years Ive been striving, and I still do to work hard in order to improve to be a better referee. The reason why Im talking about my Officiating job is because my Commissioner, Mark Hayes, gave me my very first Varsity assignment at the Pirates Invitational Varsity Wrestling Tournament at Pittsburg H.S. which starts tomorrow. I just want to take the time and opportunity to thank all my friends, my family, and my wrestling family for helping me grow within the sport of Wrestling because of your love and support. I also want to thank all my Officiating buddies for teaching how to be a better referee, and a better person. My Shout-Outs goes out to: Tod Blank, Michele Herbert Blank, Cory Salmon, Tate Miller, K.C. Chappel, Frank Gama, Pat Cadwallader, Rob Roy, Sergio Cortez, Rick Tucci, Rusty Davidson, Albert Williams, Mark Hayes, Robert Poindexter, Randy Morris, Ed Buntan, Mike Huff, Rick LaFerriere, Duane Morgan, Bob Edmonds, and everybody. I also want to thank USA Wrestling, California USA Wrestling, and USWOA for teaching me, educating me, evaluating me, having me being part of the sport, and being part of the family. Finally, I also want to thank all the Coaches for getting to know me, hosting great tournaments, and believing in me that Ill do a good job, and showing appreciation to me for helping out with wrestling tournaments. Please wish me the best of luck that I will do a good job tomorrow. Thank you, Thank you very much, ~Ronnie Caughran
