Well, another company that is NEVER going to forget me! Yesterday I went to RYOBI in springfield to get a new driver belt for my sander and I said the one they sold me didnt look big enough even though it was for the model I have. Get home and try fit it and low and behold it doesnt fit... I call them this morning and say it doesnt fit. The lady says I need to heat it and stretch it... I gave that a bash but there was NO WAY it was ever going to fit so I pill everything in the car and drive all the way there and show them in person, because seeing pix means nothing! Well their faces when I walked in the door with my bench sander under arm fuming was classic... Then they send a technician out and he says.... that is never going to fit.... Really? I say, your sales people said I must heat and stretch it! Anyway to end off they didnt have stock of the belt I actually needed so I asked for a screwdriver, took apart their demo model and got my belt and walked out! Ok, thats out I feel slightly less like wanting to kill!
