In our effort to raise the employability of job seekers and employees, we have put in place an Online Employability Skills Certification Program. The Online Employability Skills Certification (ESC) is part of the Lextorah Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ). It comprises a set of generic employability skills that is portable across all industries. These foundational skills raise an employees effectiveness and improve his/her work abilities. These skills complement other specific industry and occupational skills which are specialised or technical by nature. It aims to strengthen the foundational skills of job seekers and employees, so that they can be resilient, adaptable and more nimble in meeting demands of todays workplace and changes in technology or work processes. There are ten (10) modules in the ESC, include Employability Skills Test, Workforce Preparation Skills, Communication and Relationship Management, Customer service Skills, Critical thinking, Customer Service Basics, Job Search and Resume Writing, Interpersonal Skills, Choices for Success, Personal Development and Life Management Skills. Objective: The objectives of this four- week online course is to: • Prepare individuals for work; • Provide jobseekers with the necessary pre-employment skills; • Empower individuals for success; and • Promote job retention and advancement Mode of Training - eLearning/Online Training Duration: Four (4) weeks Or try our blended learning program Blended Learning Alternatively, participants can registered for the blended learning version, taking place at our training center. This is a combination of instructor led and online training. Computer Desktop and Internet services will be provided for the training.
