Well heres my #alsicebucketchallenge, cheers to Tommy Lloyd for the nomination. As you all know that theres been challenges for #Cancer and #ALS (motor neuron disease/Lou Gehrigs disease) and they are both worthy causes, although I would like to bring awareness to another great cause. These being mental health conditions like #alzheimers and #depression. I nominate Trent Bardsley and his missus (Kate) plus Reede Carling to take on the ice bucket challenge but I would also like to nominate everyone to donate any amount to any charity you are passionate about. Guys donations up to $2 are tax refundable so there is no reason not to donate!! Ill be donating to #Dementia.
