Well this week I made a huge decision in my life. Ive officially resigned from being a floor supervisor at WinStar. It wasnt easy but Ive come to realize that the opportunities just arent there anymore. I was stuck in a position with nowhere to go. The positions above me were phased out, I cant change departments without losing my full-time status, and unfortunately upper management positions are pretty much impossible these days without the right blood. Realizing this, Ive decided to put more focus on getting my degree and perhaps finding happiness in my job. Ill miss my WinStar family but I have to do me this time. I wish you guys the best.
