Went round to put my kids to bed tonight. I brought my little Bose speaker and they requested an episode from The Mighty Boosh, followed swiftly by Count Arthur Strongs Piddler on the Roof episode, and then asked for Bobby McFerrin and drifted off mumbling another track pleeease. One of my most precious memories is of staying with my great Aunt who would stack up a load of records on her ancient record player and me going off to sleep listening to music. So happy I can do the same for my two.
