What I love about Eric Aultman #1 I love that he puts God first #2 I love that I can trust him to make the important decisions in our family and follow his direction with confidence that he has prayed about it first. #3 I love that he sings praises to God in the shower (thankful that since Silas has been born he doesnt do it in the morning while we are sleeping) #4 absolutely love when he sings me to sleep (hint hint) #5 I love when he picks flowers for me. He has been known to pick them from our yard, while on a walk, or even pull over in the middle of traffic in lake Charles to pick one off the side of the road. #6 I love that when I am busy with homework or school project with the kids he starts supper. #7 I love that when I have been up all night with the baby and his alarm goes off at 5 for him to go workout he takes the baby instead so I can sleep. #8 I love that he mops my floors. Be jealous ladies cause I havent mopped floors in years. #9 I love that when I start cleaning out stuff and rearranging things Eric is supportive even though he knows a project is in his near future. (This happens twice a year and always at the worst time possible for him.) #10 love that he can make all those project work exactly the way I want them too. #11 I love that he knows me so well and loves me even when I get super picky about stuff. #12 I love that I can say wait till your daddy gets home and my kids know he is gonna be on my side and they are in super big trouble. #13 I love that he uses the phrase you will not disrespect my wife to our children. #14 I love that he has taught all our kids to tie their shoes. #15 I love that he plays ball with our kids. #16 I love that he has patients when he takes all the boys fishing. #17 I love that when I go fishing with him and pop my enormous umbrella up he still asks me to go next time. (I do get the look though) #18 I love that we still sit next to each other on the couch. #19 I love that he still takes me on dates even if it is just a late night trip to Dairy Queen. #20 I love that he makes songs up. #21 I love that he has his own dictionary of words that only he uses. #22 I love that when I want a hotdog at midnight from a convenient store he will go get me one. #23 I love that when I need him to pick something up from the store on his way home he willingly gets it. #24 I love that he will grocery shop with me anytime I want him to. #25 I love that he will watch the kids if I want to shop by myself. #26 I love that when we are out with the kids he will help fix their plate and even fix mine. #27 I love that I dont have to do yard work unless I just want to. #28 I love that he always calls me and tells me where he is going and when he will be back. #29 I love that he always makes sure I dont have something planned before he commits to going or doing something with someone. #30 I love that he still holds me at night when he is sleeping. #31 I love that when I say I am tired he tells me to go take a nap. #32 I love that when I take a nap he takes the kids outside so they dont disturb me. #33 I love that when I was pregnant and couldnt paint my toenails he did it for me. (Btw my toes looked way better then than they do now) #34 I love that he rubs my head when I have a headache. #35 I love that he holds my hair back when I throw-up. #36 I love that even when there isnt anything he can do to make something better he still asks what can I do? #37 I love that he has been happy each time I got pregnant even when it was totally unexpected and even when I was still in shock. His smile and excitement made it so much better especially this last time with Silas. #38 I love how protective he is of me. #39 I love that he lets me control the thermostat in the van even when he is driving. #40 I love that he will watch a movie with talking animals just cause the boys want to. (Btw he hates movies with talking animals) #41 I love that he takes the boys to jui Jitsu twice a week while I sit at home. #42 I love that when I wasnt feeling well he got up by himself and took all the kids to Levis soccer game and harvest stampede. Now that is a daddy. #43 I love watching him play in the arcade with the boys at the pizza place. #44 I love that he takes the van and cleans it out and vacuums it. (Remember we have 6 messy boys. This is a regular chore) #45 I love that he pitches in and does laundry. #46 I love that when he wants me to do something he always asks nicely and says thank you. #47 I love that he brings me a coke home just because. (This may not seem important but we dont buy sodas for our house. I just drink water. So when he thinks about it he picks me up a sweet drink and sometimes a candy bar) #48 I love that it never bothers him when we have all the kids and their friends over. (Most summer days we have 10 or more kids at our house) #49 I love that he doesnt lose his temper with our kids and he takes the time to talk to them. He truly is in it to train them and guide them. They get spankings when needed but they are always controlled. Love that he never screams at them. #50 love that he doesnt mind being transparent with people. He never feels the pressure to be something he isnt. Sometimes it takes him a bit but he always admits when he is wrong. I could go on and on but I think you get the idea...he is hands down the best man in the world am he is all mine :) love this man to pieces
