What Neutrality? The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis. -Dante Alighieri Exhibiting compromise by being neutral when everything that can go wrong is going wrong, must be seen as being sinful than the sinner. At times of moral crisis like what obtains in Nigeria presently; when looting has become ordinary stealing. When thousands of innocent lives are terminated by terrorists, when we are at the precipice, to be neutral is to be wicked. To be neutral is to have murdered conscience. Nigerians are facing perilous dilemmas and several impossibly narrow situations. I cannot bear the burden of silence. I cannot compromise my values, I cannot be a fence sitter and I cannot be neutral. Whatever you say, whatever your opinion of me; it only speaks to my reputation not my character. I am entitled to my opinion. Everybody has a price, God has a price. I can be bought buy my price is so cheap yet unaffordable. I am one of the most blessed people on earth, for that I am thankful. For those grating remarks directed at me, I am consoled by Albert Einstein. He said; Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are even incapable of forming such opinions. Im stand by my opinions! Im proud of me.
