Iverson has stepped down as Chairman of the Board due to his declining health. Jonathan B. Sterling has replaced him as Chairman. Mr. Iverson will retain a seat on the Board as Founder. Mr. Sterling, a former principal in the New York City school system, is a PWC and past president of the New Jersey CFS Association. He joined the Associations Board in 2000 as Treasurer and is also currently the nonfederal co-chair of the Department of Health and Human Services Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Coordinating Committee. In related news, it was also announced that Priscilla deLeon, Karen Lang, John Trussler and Frank Wrenn have retired from the Board. Joining the Board are the following new directors: Richard Baldwin, Dennis Irwin, Beth Levine and Adrianne Ryan.
