Whats new? You may not know it but I had to let go of my teaching job due to conflicts with interviews and CAMCs desire to have it their way (lol)! Therefore, I continue to interview with CAMC and beyond. I have until Sept. 11 to find placement with CAMC or else Ill have to move on. I did find a job with WV Nursing Network that will be Per Diem should I have no success elsewhere. However, I would much rather be part of a unit/department family than a visitor who is not familiar with the routine. I KNOW floaters are greatly appreciated and they make nursing life better but its nice to feel as if you belong somewhere. Therefore, I continue my search to find a home!
