When America goes stupid, America cant detect stupid. The fault is in peoples irrational egos thinking that their id is more qualified and makes them more of a statesman, when it really only makes them a politician. Dont mess with the Constitution, or the United Nations will own our choices in times when America needs to make their own choices. Of course, regulating rape more strictly wont affect trade, nor will it deter civil liberties. Right now, getting rid of any Amendment will destroy the foundation (like the Affordable Care Act) we are building since it is dependent on the Amendment being active. However, the Affordable Care Act passed when the 4th Amendment was taken under the wings of heavy NSA and CIA surveillance, making the Affordable Care Act dependent on the NSA and CIA surveillance. If you get rid of the CIA and NSA surveillance, then the health given to you by the Affordable Care Act could be lost to biochemical terrorism, the drug trade, and prostitution. Liberty to all comes at the cost of the liberty of all being executed by government. If you dont believe me, then youll never be able to handle socialism. This isnt double speak; its the truth.
