When someone is angry with you all the time for no good reason it is because they want to be rid of you, but for some reason lack the decisiveness to just say its over, please leave. Instead, they try to drive you away by acting unreasonably. They might not even be consciously doing it, and if challenged may deny it and claim all you need to do is listen to them and do what they want. You can try doing that, but it wont work, because the real problem is not the one they are articulating, the real problem is they want a different life... one that doesnt involve you. I spent a lot of my life trying to make an impossible relationship like this work. Dont follow my bad example. - @quora
