When we experience uncomfortable reactions and feelings, there is a habitual impulse to push against the experience. Make it a practice to “lean in” to the experience. Notice the atmosphere, the taste, the rhythm of the experience. PRACTICE ~ Feel - Kiss - Flow ~ ************************ Use your breath to draw your awareness from the mental evaluation of the experience, back into the raw sensation of the experience in the body. (Feel) Let the breath kiss the sensation from the inside and open up the body around the sensation, instead of pushing it away, give it even more space. (Kiss) Notice how a feeling/experience changes when it has space to move. (Flow)
