When we realize that we are social creatures, and that our quality of life is directly related to the quality of our relationships. Then we can start working on what is truly important in our lives. The challenge is not to make our relationships the most important thing, but to know ourselves in relation to the relationships around us. Then we can see clearly where we stand, determine what we want and work towards that. Opening your heart is the most effective and immediate path to knowing the self.
