While I laud The County Government of Kericho governor Paul Kiprono Chepkwony for yesterdays CECs reshuffle, I would like to remind all the CECs that, as we spoke during the governors homecoming at Moi Gardens, we are keenly watching them - in particular the CECs in charge of Finance, Roads, Environment and Public Service.There must be total change in the way things are being done and we need to see results very soon. All MCAs are currently under scrutiny as the 2.5yrs of recall approaches. Kapsoit Ward residents have already summoned their MCA to appear before them on 5th July, 2014.
