While purchasing my new Samsung phones and tablet today, I was this Tech-Tard from the SNL skit. As I asked the annoyed Verizon girl to please take pity on my dumb-ass as I asked questions that made her say, "Ummmm, ok let me try explaining again" (with big wide eyes) I also referred to this skit, trying to make us have some sort-of slight connection since we were speaking two different languages. She laughed and said, "oh ya, they (management) actually showed us this in our training and said most customers are going to be like this". Smart ass. I mean that in more ways than one.
