Who can say, “I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin”? Many claim to have unfailing love, but a faithful person who can find? (Proverbs 20:9,6) It is written: “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.’” (Romans 14:11) By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear. They will say of me, ‘In the Lord alone are deliverance and strength.’” All who have raged against him will come to him and be put to shame. (Isaiah 45:23-24) Then God gave Christ the highest place and honored his name above all others. So at the name of Jesus everyone will bow down, those in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. And to the glory of God the Father everyone will openly agree, “Jesus Christ is Lord!” (Philippians 2:9-11) I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades. (Revelation 1:18) Then all the churches will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds. (Revelation 2:23) For the Son of Man is going to come in his Fathers glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done. (Matthew 16:27) May my cry come before you, Lord; give me understanding according to your word. May my supplication come before you; deliver me according to your promise. May my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees. May your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts. I obey your statutes, for I love them greatly. I obey your precepts and your statutes, for all my ways are known to you. I hate and detest falsehood but I love your law. Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous laws. Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble. (Psalms 119:169-171,173,167-168,163-165)
