Whos ready for day 7 of the plank challenge?! Today you are going to keep a similar routine to yesterday. Start in a front plank for 20 seconds then without relaxing down turn in to a side plank. Here, instead of timing 20 seconds in your side plank you are going to lower your hips down to the floor and lift them back up again 5 times before turning back to your front plank. Then do a 20 second front plank before turning back to the other side to side plank with 5 hip raises! Go through the routine 3 times in total with a 30 second break between routines!
